Festival Info

The event is the state's largest festival celebrating Japanese New Year traditions. The New Year's `Ohana Festival is a great way for the community to come together and celebrate the New Year and Hawai`i's cultural diversity.

The `Ohana Festival happens each year in Mo`ili`ili. It spans Mo`ili`ili Field and the entire Japanese Cultural Center of Hawai`i - including our Community and Historical Gallery, Resource Center, Kenshikan Dojo, Seikoan Tea House, and Gift Shop.
